Do NOT go PRO
I did the free month of PRO, mainly to use the points tracker. That, by the way, is the only thing that works halfway decently. To get the free month, you have to input your card information. However, you’re never notified later of when the card is about to be charged. So I was simply charged the exorbitant $50 fee even though by then I’d already realized the application did not work as advertised and had stopped using it. The fee is absolutely not refundable. Despite that, I decided to cancel because frankly I didn’t want this to creep up on me next year and be charged again for another year of this non-existent service. When cancelling, I was given a few options to express the reasons for my decision. Dissatisfied with the options, I wrote them the following message with which I end this review:
"I find that the phrasing of the statement i just clicked on above does not accurately reflect how I feel about this crappy application. Its not that it "didnt work the way I thought it was supposed to" (sic). That unfairly makes it seem like Im the one whos wrong. I would say that it didnt work the way it was advertised. Despite giving it access to my email, trips did not show up. It just became another hassle that I had to deal with; something else to worry about. It is the worst application Ive ever used for travel planning. Perhaps the only thing that halfway worked, and which Id be willing to pay 99 cents for, is the points tracker. But that alone does not justify the $50 per year price tag. You should be sued for your business practices and everyone whos forked over the $50 fee should be refunded."
