No need to bring all the printouts of flights and hotel reservations. Need to add more capabilities in links for reservations (i.e. Well fargo)

Love this app. Ive used it before only for flights so it wasnt that exciting. This time I booked a car and Airbnb, and its so tidy seeing everything there together. So slick. Really great!

I love how this app pulls everything together but I still have to figure out how to remove a trip that isnt going to happen after all.

If this app had the possibility to switch to a 24h time display it would be perfect. I am not used to the AM/PM display and time shown onscreen as 3:00 (and no indication if it is AM/PM) makes me nervous if I booked the right time, specially if travelling overseas...

Get the pro. The upgrades are definitely worth it.

It keeps everything in one place. We have just finished a very complicated trip in Vietnam with people coming from two different starting points, changing location every second day with tons of car transfers and excursions . If I didnt have this app I would be lost !!! I have a pro version , so I was notified even of last minute gate changes at the airport for both parties. All phone numbers and check-in times are there . I can go on and on. I cant plan a vacation without this app now .

I love this app. I really do. It does exactly what it is supposed to and is a travel saviour - period. The only thing I feel it misses is the ability to display the barcodes for flights like you get from certain airlines. It seems old had to have to leave the app to go to my ticketless email to display my details there. This could be my error and the app will do this - I havent just figured out how to. If that worked I would give a high 5 never mind a 5* rating. Its a great app. Really is. Cant say any more than it does what it says it will do. Install it. I dare you to find a better app for the same price that works as well. :)

Love this app! I dont have to print mountains of paper and I can track all my trip details - flight, accommodation, activities. Everything! Sharing with travel companions also helps coordination.

Great app to help you keep track of your itinerary. Were using it for a two week trip to Europe and everything we have booked is organized and easy to access. The email import function is perfect.

Very helpful. I like how the trip is automatically set up by emailing the travel itinerary. It updates automatically too.

In a recent trip to Europe, I used this app. Firstly, it did NOT auto-scan my e-mail for flights and hotel reservations effectively, then on a connecting flight, it told me that my flight was 3 hours delayed. I trusted the app but this information was NOT TRUE and I missed my connecting flight and couldn’t get on the next flight (stand-by) and had to take the first flight leaving the next morning. I entered this new flight into the app and it told me that the new flight was also delayed by 3 hours, which WAS NOT TRUE! I contacted Tripit and was basically told, “not our fault”. There is no phone number to call, only an e-mail and you can only get someone’s attention if you are a PRO user who has paid quite a bit of money for the app (which I did). I requested re-imbursement for my additional expenses and was shot down. I requested a refund for the app and again was shot down, I purchased the app through iTunes and when I contacted them, they were happy to help, but TRIPIT WAS NOT. CAUTION: ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FLIGHT THE OLD FASHIONED WAY, BECAUSE TRUSTING THIS APP CAN LEAVE YOU STRANDED! I would NOT recommend using this app.

I love how any ticket, hotel confirmation, flight info, etc. that comes my way via email is populated appropriately in TripIt. One suggestion would be to break it down by person (I.e. Family members) so that you dont have to see 2 or more of the same flights in a row.

I used TripIt for one trip already and it kept me very well organized. I have another trip up coming and it has updated and scheduled all of my booked transportation and accommodations. I have yet to find a negative about it!

Looks good but Ive had nothing but problems. 1) Cant access help without re-entering credentials several times (???) and still cant access help. 2) I have 10 past trips yet when I go to move an unfiled item to an existing trips it says I have no past trips (????) Ive been using it for several years and each year its a new issue. Cant do this and cant do that, cant access help, no phone number etc. Too much time spent trying to simply add a new trip and move old items into past trips (which I have. Or do I?)
